Step 1

Navigate to the Page:

Open the URL: https://trade.coingarage.io/exchange/BTC-USDT.

Access the Profile Menu:

Locate and click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the interface.

Select Identity Verification (KYC):

From the dropdown menu, click on "Identity Verification (KYC)".

The highlighted section in the image shows where this option is located.

This process is part of verifying your identity to comply with KYC regulations, which is often required for trading or withdrawing funds on cryptocurrency platforms.

 Step 2

Find Individual KYC (Level 2): Locate the option for Individual KYC (Level 2) on the platform and click on "Start Now."

Level 2 - Verified Account:

For Level 2 verification, the SEPA deposit and withdrawal limit is 200,000 EUR per month.

If verification is unsuccessful, payments from another account will be rejected and refunded with a 10 EUR cost deduction.

For successful verification, you need to make a payment of at least 10 EUR from the specified account in your name, including the text "Purchase cryptocurrency on coingarage." Once the payment is received, EUR will be credited to your account, and your Level 2 verification will be completed.

Step 3

Access and review your bank account details in the "My Banks" section.

Add or manage beneficiaries in the "Beneficiary Name" section.

Check for and verify any new bank records detected.

Complete the OTP verification process via email and SMS to secure your transactions.

Submit the changes to finalize the process.
