Step 1

Open your browser and visit the page:

https://trade.coingarage.io/exchange/BTC-USDT.

Locate the Wallet Icon

In the top navigation bar, find the Wallet Icon (highlighted in purple in the image).

The Wallet icon resembles a small blue wallet. 

Step 2

View All Funds

Once you navigate to the Wallet section, you will see the Funds page.

The Total Balance is displayed at the top of the page in both USD and BTC (e.g., \$7,183.40 / 0.07287636 BTC).

Locate Your Asset

The table lists all available cryptocurrencies in your wallet, along with the following details:

Available: The balance available for withdrawal or trading.

Locked: Funds reserved for pending transactions.

Staked: Funds locked in staking programs.

Total: The total balance of each asset.

Select the Coin to Withdraw

Find the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (e.g., USDT).

In the Action column, click on the Withdraw button (highlighted in purple in the image).

Step 3

Select a Coin

At the top of the form, use the Select Coin dropdown menu to choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (e.g., BCH – Bitcoin Cash).

Enter the Withdrawal Address

In the Withdrawal Address field, input the wallet address where you want to send your funds.

If you frequently use this address, click + Add Address to save it for future transactions.

Important: Ensure the address matches the correct network to avoid losing your funds.

Caution Message

A red warning message reminds you: Ensure the network you choose to withdraw matches the deposit network, or assets may be lost.

Select the Network

Verify that the Network field corresponds to the correct blockchain network for the selected coin (e.g., BCH – Bitcoin Cash).

Enter the Withdrawal Amount

In the Withdraw Amount field, input the amount you wish to withdraw.

The Available Balance is displayed next to this field (e.g., Available: 0.22155689 BCH).

You can also click Max to withdraw your entire available balance.

Request and Enter OTP for Security

Email OTP: Click Request OTP next to the Email OTP field. You will receive a one-time password in your registered email. Enter the code in the field provided.

SMS OTP: Click Request OTP next to the SMS OTP field. You will receive a one-time password via SMS. Enter the code in the field provided.

Review and Submit the Withdrawal

Double-check all entered details, including the coin, network, withdrawal address, and amount.

The transaction fee is displayed at the bottom (e.g., Fee: 0.00191367 BCH).

Once everything is correct, click the Submit button (highlighted in blue) to confirm the withdrawal.
